Meandros Press is an independent publishing imprint based in South Africa. It is a division of StyleScoop PTY LTD.

2. Books and Products

We reserve the right to update product information, correct errors and change or discontinue products or editions.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the Meandros Press website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may be changed at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the website, you are offering to purchase the selected book or product at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
An order is accepted once successful payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Meandros Press.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

- there is an obvious error in the product description or price;

- circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Payment
Payments made through the Meandros Press website are processed through PayFast or another payment service provider made available on the website.
We do not store your full payment-card details.
An order will only be processed once successful payment has been received.
Payment transactions may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider.
6. Delivery
Physical books and other products purchased through the website will be delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery destination, courier or postal service and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any applicable delivery charges and relevant delivery information will be provided before you complete your purchase.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Meandros Press does not offer general change-of-mind returns. Where a book or other physical product is damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for the applicable process.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights that may apply under South African law.
