Meandros Press currently ships physical books within South Africa only.

South African Delivery

Orders placed through the Meandros Press website are delivered to addresses within South Africa using an appropriate courier or delivery service.

The applicable delivery charge and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website or at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service, destination and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided when placing your order are accurate and complete.

Meandros Press cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be redirected or sent again.

Delivery Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is dispatched and delivered within the estimated timeframe provided.

However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, technical problems or other disruptions to the delivery network.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Delivery and Inspection

Please inspect your book as soon as it is delivered.

If your book appears to have been damaged during delivery, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within the stated notification period.

Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the delivery service is otherwise unable to complete the delivery, the courier or delivery service may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.

Where additional delivery costs arise because of circumstances attributable to the customer, these costs may be payable by the customer.

International Orders

Meandros Press does not currently offer direct international shipping through this website.

Selected Meandros Press titles may be available internationally through Amazon. Availability, pricing, delivery options and applicable charges are determined by Amazon and may vary by country.
